How do I become more interactive with my family?
As a man I am very much a loner - as a father and a husband I struggle to communicate with my wife and children. How do I become more interactive with my family?

My suggestion on how to better interact with you family would be to find something that you enjoy doing and include some or all of them in that activity. Whether working on a car, gardening, golfing, singing, or even just walking. Whatever the activity, use that as an excuse to be together. Do Not concern yourself with results, just spend the time and share what you know but also allow them to share what they know, even if they are wrong. The goal is just to have interaction. If at first you dont find the results you want, keep trying until you find the right niche where everyone feels like a part of the activity. My family uses camping simply because there are many small tasks that we can share with our children. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
